Vision on State condos surpass 65 percent sold

Sales at Vision on State a new community of 253 condominiums in the South Loop; have surpassed 65 percent, announced developer Renaissant Development Group.

Located at the intersection of 13th and State streets, Vision on State offers 10 floor plans with one bedroom, one bedroom plus den or two bedrooms, one to two baths, and balconies. Homes ranges in size from 640 to 1,068 square feet are base-priced from $202,900 to 309,900. Deeded garage parking spaces are available for $30,000.

“We’ve sold more than 160 homes at Vision on State in the past year, which is a testament to the demand for affordably priced condos in this prime South Loop location,” said Michael Golden, co-founder of @properties, the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the development.
